The Leader in Me is an evidence-based PK-12 model, developed in partnership with educators, designed to build resilience and leadership in students, create a high-trust culture, and help improve academic achievement. This model equips students, educators, and families with the leadership and life skills needed to thrive, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic world.

The Leader in Me program creates a healthy leadership environment, uniting students, staff, and families around a common goal of equipping students with the readiness skills necessary for college, career and life success in today's fast-paced, ever-changing environment. With the Leader in Me program, students learn to become self-aware, take responsibility for themselves and be proactive, responsible for their decisions and aware of their goals. They set their goals, arrange their priorities, and plan for the future. They communicate effectively and are considerate of others, appreciate difference, and work to resolve conflicts by finding creative solutions. They strive to live a balanced life, and try to contribute to society.
